Welcome!
We are a young and growing research group located in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Our goal is to uncover the biological pathways and genes that mediate dietary interactions and ultimately lead to the development of metabolic diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. To acheive this goal we will employ an interdisciplinary approach that is based on systems genetics, computational biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry.
